nTrix Default UserID and Password
Students and Parents can logon to ntrix via http://ntrix.acsbr.net or via the Home Page of the School Website.
 
Please note that NRIC alphabets should be in All Caps.

For first time login, the password will be provided to the students via hardcopy from the school. Subsequent password resets will be emailed to their official email address i.e. studentname@students.acsbr.org.
ParentsNRIC
 (e.g T1234567A)
For parents, the password will be emailed to their email address given in the NTRIX System.

Technical Support

 
The IT Center offers technical support for students' Learning Devices (Chromebooks and Macbooks). The Center is located at the IT Department Room, beside the Aesthetic Department, at level 1 below the Tennis Court.
 
The counter operating hours are:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri:
1000 hrs to 1130 hrs
1430 hrs to 1600 hrs
 
Wed:
1000 hrs to 1130 hrs
1330 hrs to 1600 hrs
 
Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 
 
In addition, an Apple certified Mac technician will be stationed in the IT centre every Monday and Thursday 9 am to 5 pm (Excluding Public Holidays) to support students-owned Macbooks. You may call the IT Department for any enquiries @ 63595373.
